UCSF Dentistry at AADR 2012
"An enjoyable and informative time was had by all" reports Roger Mraz of the Office of Graduate and Reseach Affairs (OGRA) at the UCSF School of Dentistry, refering to participants at the AADR Annual Meeting in Tampa, Florida, March 21 – 14, 2012.
- Presentation by 2010 AADR Distinguished Scientist Award Recipient Dr. John Greenspan: “HIV/AIDS: The Task Continues” as part of the AADR 2012 Distinguished Lecture Series.
- AADR Student Research Fellowships. These Fellowships, supported by several major industrial companies, as well as by AADR and IADR Group Chapters, Sections, and members, are sponsored and administered by the AADR and have been created to encourage dental students living in the United States to consider careers in oral health research.
UCSF Dentistry made news at the American Association for Dental Research (AADR) by receiving eleven fellowships out of a total of twenty given nationwide.
