Dr. Richard Jordan Receives IADR 2013 Oral Medicine & Pathology Research Award

Richard C.K. Jordan, DDS, PhD, FRCPathRichard C.K. Jordan, DDS, PhD, FRCPath, outgoing UCSF Dentistry Associate Dean for Research and Professor of Oral Pathology, Pathology & Radiation Oncology, and Director, UCSF Oral Pathology Diagnostic Services, has received the IADR 2013 Oral Medicine & Pathology Research Award from the International Association for Dental Research (AADR) at the AADR/IADR General Session and Exhibition in Seattle, Washington, March 20-23, 2013.

Established by the IADR Experimental Pathology Group and supported by Unilever Oral Care, this award recognizes outstanding and sustained peer-reviewed research that has contributed to the understanding of the mechanisms governing the health and disease of the oral cavity and associated structures, principally encompassing skin, bone, and the oral soft tissue.
