I've Never Seen This Web Page Before When I Register Online... What Is Going On!?!?!
Over the next few months, the CE department will be transitioning to a new registration database. This database, called Cvent, is on-line based and will allow participants of courses to create a user profile, access their past attendance records, and store preferred credit card accounts securely to expedite future online registrations. If you register for a course on-line, and a page appears that you have never seen before, do not worry! Cvent registration is fast and easy, we promise.
While we are excited about this new database and all it has to offer, we realize there will be some unexpected glitches and problems that arise. If you experience any problems, or if you experience difficulty when creating your user profile for the first time, please do not hesitate to call Rory Devine in the CE office at 415-476-1101, or email her at Rory.Devine@ucsf.edu.

Pre-Pay for Parking Validation!
Participants who park in the Milberry Union Parking Garage can purchase a discounted parking ticket for $18 at the registration desk when they arrive at the course. In an effort to make your check-in process even faster, we are offering participants the opportunity to pre-pay for their parking ticket. When you register for a course online, just add one "parking ticket" to your online shopping cart. When you arrive at the course, your parking ticket will be waiting for you. Its that simple!
Registering by phone? No problem, just let us know you would like to purchase a parking ticket!
*Please note: Pre-paid parking tickets are non-refundable once the course date has passed. Pre-paid parking ticket sales only available for Friday courses. Regular rate for all day parking in Milbery Union Garage is $28.
