ONLINE REGISTRATION: Frequently Asked Questions
Following are some of the most frequently asked questions about the UCSF School of Dentistry's Continuing Dental Education online registration system, with answers. |

| How does it work? Your purchases are transacted by the UCSF School of Dentistry's Continuing Dental Education online registration system, however your credit card payment is securely processed by industry-leading payment gateway Authorize.net. After your credit card is processed you will be sent an e-mail with the details of your transaction and your name will be added to the list of course attendees. |

| Is my credit card transaction safe and secure? All credit card information submitted through the online registration system is securely processed by Authorize.net. UCSF School of Dentistry's Continuing Dental Education does not see, capture or retain customer credit card information. |

| Is my contact information (e-mail address and phone number) safe and secure? Your contact information is stored securely, and is accessible only to authorized personnel. Periodically customers are e-mailed by Continuing Dental Education about upcoming course offerings. |

| How many people can I register in one online transaction? One. You may register for multiple courses or programs at one time, but each transaction registers only one individual. To register more than one individual for a single course or program, register each individual separately, or contact Continuing Dental Education during business hours (below). |

| How will I know that my transaction is complete? You will recieve an e-mail, sent to the e-mail address you submitted with your transaction, typically within two hours. The e-mail will specify the name of the course you purchased, the date of the course, and the cost. If you do not receive an e-mail within six hours, please contact Continuing Dental Education during business hours (below). |

| What's the latest I can register online for a course? Noon the day prior to the day of the course. After that time, you can register by contacting Continuing Dental Education during business hours (below). |
