Jane Weintraub, DDS, MPH, Lee Hysan Chair in Oral Epidemiology and Dental Public Health at the UCSF School of Dentistry and Director of the Center to Address Disparities in Children's Oral Health (CAN DO), received the International Association for Dental Research’s H. Trendley Dean Memorial Award for meritorious contributions to epidemiology and public health at the IADR's 87th General Session & Exhibition in Miami, FL on April 1, 2009.

Pamela Den Besten, DDS, MS, Professor and Chair of the Division of Pediatric Dentistry at the UCSF School of Dentistry, received the International Association for Dental Research’s 2009 Pulp Biology and Regeneration Award at the IADR's 87th General Session & Exhibition in Miami, FL on April 1, 2009.
