The Oral Pathology Services business office personnel are available Monday through Friday (except holidays) to serve the needs of the dental practitioner. Call Ricardo or Katie at 415-476-4866 or 415-476-4867 to receive diagnostic status on a patient, request a telephone consultation with a pathologist, order biopsy kits, DIF kits, and Fed Ex labels (Diagnostic Specimen mailing bags can be obtained from FedEx at no charge), or for any other inquiries regarding patient biopsies and other diagnostic materials.

Michael Brown
Laboratory Assistant

Michael is responsible for organizing, accessioning, and processing all incoming biopsies as well as keeping a steady supply of biopsy kits available to accommodate practitioners' needs. He maintains a mailing list of all current contributors and is responsible for replenishing biopsy kits for those contributors. He also serves as assistant to the attending pathologist. Michael can be reached through the Oral Pathology office at 415-476-1095

The Oral Pathology business accounting office is open Monday through Friday (except holidays), and serves patients and practitioners. Patient billing is now served by Rand Medical Billing Corp. at 1-888-582-3397. Call Rose at 415-476-4868 with your correct insurance information to ensure timely payment and coverage, as well as for information on insurance coverage of additional diagnostic procedures.

The Oral Pathology Laboratory technician is available Monday through Friday (except holidays) to answer any questions the practitioner may have regarding availability and appropriateness of various diagnostic tests offered through the Service.
