Instructor: Sahar, Dowlatshahi, DDS, MMSc
Dr. Sahar Dowlatshahi is a board-certified periodontist with a robust educational background and passion for interdisciplinary collaboration. Dr. Dowlatshahi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry. Furthering her specialization, Dr. Dowlatshahi completed a certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Medical Sciences (MMSc) at the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Dowlatshahi is a proud recipient of the AAP Foundation Colin Richman Periodontal-Orthodontic Interface Award. With a keen interest in fostering collaborations between orthodontics and periodontics, Dr. Dowlatshahi is dedicated to advancing integrated dental care practices.
Currently, Dr. Dowlatshahi serves as an Assistant Professor at UTHealth Houston School of Dental Medicine, where she comes to inspire and educate the next generation of dental professionals.

Cancellation/Refunds:
Tuition refund, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be issued only for cancellations received in writing at least 3 business days prior to the start date of the course. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. We reserve the right to cancel any course due to circumstances beyond our control; under those circumstances we will refund all course fee payments.
