Linda Kim Named AADR Student Advocate of the Year

Third-year dental student Linda Kim has been named the 2018 Student Advocate of the Year by the American Association for Dental Research.

In selecting Kim, AADR noted her attendance at the 2017 AADR and Friends of NIDCR Advocacy Day, as well as organizing a UCSF delegation to attend. The association also praised Kim's commitment to spreading awareness about advocacy and its importance through the John C. Greene Society newsletter.

AADR will provide transportation and lodging for Kim to receive her award at the 2018 AADR and Friends of NIDCR Advocacy Day event in February in Washington, DC.
