Dara Taghvaei Sourouei, DMD, was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. He earned his BS in Cognitive Science with an emphasis in neuroscience from the University of California, Davis, and completed his dental education at California Northstate University, where he received his DMD.
Dara is passionate about hospital dentistry and is particularly committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients with special needs. He pursued a GPR to expand his experience caring for medically complex patients, including those undergoing cancer treatment, and to further develop his skills in comprehensive, interdisciplinary clinical settings.
