Helena Viets was born and raised in San Francisco. She received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Environmental Biology with a minor in Chinese at the University of California, Berkeley. After graduating, she spent some time traveling in South America, and worked as a dental assistant and kayak guide. Dr. Viets received her DDS at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Viets is happy to be training and providing care in periodontics in a program as wonderful as UCSF.
