Keyvan was born in Tehran, Iran, and raised in Seattle, Washington. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Arizona State University, followed by a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Western Washington University. After working in the biotech industry for a few years, he pursued dental school at the University of California, San Francisco. Keyvan is excited to begin the endodontics program at UCSF and continue living in San Francisco.
