The SOD Certificate of Excellence in leading Teams
As a SOD people leader, you drive results that directly influence the success of the School of Dentistry and the communities we serve. Invest in your development by completing an elective online UC People Management training series and serving as a mentor in the SoD staff mentorship program. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your skills and learn more about UC values and principles that may guide our behaviors.
The UC Management Training series covers topics ranging from Performance Management, to managing people, operations, change management, unconscious bias, and communications. Participants who complete both activities (training and mentor role) will be awarded with a Certificate of Excellence from the School of Dentistry leadership.
