Staff Mentorship Program

The School of Dentistry Mentorship Program is a nine-month program designed to connect senior employees with individuals who seek to acquire new skills to develop and progress toward their personal and professional goals. Open to career staff employees who are able to commit to the nine-month program. Contact Maria Rina-Simon for details and application forms.

Campuswide Programs

Professional Staff Development Program

The School of Dentistry has enjoyed strong participation in the campus Professional Staff Development Program. This program for non-supervisory staff comprises five interactive sessions with both panel discussions and breakout sessions. The itinerary includes sessions on communication, customer service, problem solving and visioning one's path to future success. More on the program

Educational Reimbursement

UCSF supports the continual learning of its employees through the reimbursement of costs for work-related educational activities, including conferences. Through the Staff Educational Reimbursement Program, the school can cover up to $500 or the actual expense of the course or activity, whichever is lower, for a total of six awards annually. Details
