School of Dentistry Staff Mentorship Program
Ready to grow at UCSF? The School of Dentistry Staff Mentorship Program is seeking dedicated mentors and mentees. Open to all UCSF School of Dentistry career staff employees, this four-month program is your chance to enrich and advance your career and build lasting connections with colleagues.

Certificate of Excellence in Leading Teams
The Certificate of Excellence in Leading Teams recognizes UCSF School of Dentistry people leaders who invest in their growth and reflect the values that guide our community.
To earn the certificate, participants must:
- Complete the UC People Management Training Series.
- Serve as a mentor in the School of Dentistry Staff Mentorship Program.
Those who finish both will be awarded the Certificate of Excellence from School of Dentistry leadership.

Professional Development Reimbursement Program
The UCSF School of Dentistry supports staff in advancing their skills and careers. Eligible full-time career staff may receive up to $200 in reimbursement for approved activities such as courses, workshops, conferences, memberships, or journal subscriptions.
Funds are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis each fiscal year.
