Dr. Lugo is a Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor within the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He maintains an active practice in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Head & Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction. His clinical and research focuses are in the areas of head and neck malignant pathology, maxillofacial reconstruction, free tissue transfer, benign pathology, maxillofacial trauma, nerve repair, and dentoalveolar surgery. His clinical practice is located at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California. He maintains privileges and operates at Highland Hospital and San Leandro Hospital.
